6. Guarantees, Exchanges, and Refunds

  • According to international digital commerce standards and the Consumer Protection Code (art 49), you have 7 calendar days after purchase to request a full refund.
  • After this period, refunds will only be granted in exceptional cases of technical failure in product access.
